Job Profile

To ensure speedy acquisition, management and retention of all target Retail Clients names. Such customer relationships must also be developed and maintained by providing   excellent relationship management backed by innovative products and services that add value to the customer while minimizing costs and risk to the company

 

Functions & Responsibilities

·         New Business acquisition

·         Close Monitoring of Customers insurance portfolio

·         Maintain good relationship with current and prospective customers

·         Achieving set GWP,PBT and other financial Targets

·         Analyze and interpret customer data and recommend value adding insurance products to the customer

·         Prepare periodic reports for the team

·         Assist in preparing the Team’s budget

·         Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Relationship Manager

 

Required Qualification /Experience/ Professional Membership

·       First degree in any Discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper honours. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage

·       A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage

·        2 years relevant experience and exposure in the marketing of insurance services
